Job Overview:
We are looking for a Junior Loss Adjuster to assist in evaluating and settling insurance claims. The role involves investigating losses, analyzing policy terms, and ensuring fair claim resolutions while working closely with senior adjusters and insurers.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Assist in surveying and assessing insurance claims, including property damage and liability.
✔ Gather evidence, analyze policy coverage, and prepare preliminary reports.
✔ Coordinate with policyholders, insurers, and external experts for claim investigations.
✔ Support senior adjusters in preparing claim assessments and settlement recommendations.
✔ Ensure compliance with insurance policies, regulations, and company guidelines.
✔ Maintain accurate records and assist in dispute resolution processes.
Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Engineering, or Commerce.
✅ 1-3 years of experience in claims handling, insurance assessment, or a related field.
✅ Knowledge of insurance policies, loss assessment procedures, and regulatory standards.
✅ Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
✅ Proficiency in MS Office and claims management software (preferred).
